Buses leave early with times varying at different locations. We will hold a mass rally at 11:30 am. At 1:30 there will be a town hall for the 1000 Pennsylvanians in Washington. Speakers will include Senator Arlen Specter, Congressman Joe Sestak and other members of the PA Congressional delegation as well as Pennsylvania Health Care activists.

Description: A rally to say that the PA budget should not be balanced on the backs of the most vulnerable. We should restore funding for the mental and physical health programs that have seen proposed cut as well as increase funding for the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
